You will provide desktop, laptop, and mobile device support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with onboarding and account provisioning within Microsoft Entra Microsoft 365.
The role requires 2–3 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Entra , AD, and Intune, plus good customer service.
