About the role Riverlane is looking for an experienced Net Suite Administrator & Developer to define, develop and administer one of the business-critical systems that keeps the company running. This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day administration with development and continuous improvement. You'll keep our ERP platform stable, secure and well-configured, act as the senior escalation point for complex issues, and build the scripts, workflows and integrations that make Net Suite work harder for Finance, Operations and the wider business.

About our Net Suite Environment We are in the middle of a phased Net Suite implementation, and this role is central to owning and evolving the platform as it grows. You'll be joining as the environment is being stood up, giving you the opportunity to shape how it's run from the outset and ensure the environment has robust configuration, controls and data integrity.

Phase 1:
Net Suite One World across multiple entities and currencies. Scope includes fixed assets, multi-book accounting, currency revaluation, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation. Phase 2:
Expected to extend the platform with, Advanced Revenue Management for contract revenue recognition, and Inventory Management, including multi-location and serial-number tracking.

Key Responsibilities Administration & Configuration Own the setup and configuration of Net Suite, including user roles, permissions, workflows and system preferences.

Keep configurations aligned with business processes and compliance requirements.

Perform routine maintenance, manage updates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and performance.

Act as the Net Suite subject matter expert, supporting the business, and provide training that helps end-users get the most from the platform in their daily work.

Maintain data accuracy, integrity and security.

Manage segregation of duties within roles and permissions to support audit requirements.

Use sandbox environments and managing Net Suite's twice-yearly release updates.

Development & Automation Design, build and maintain custom scripts and workflows using Suite Script, JavaScript and SuiteQL to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Identify and implement process enhancements using native system capabilities.

Ensure delivered solutions are fit for purpose, tested and documented.

Leverage automations and integrations to enhance the usefulness of the ERP solution and productivity of Riverlane staff.  Reporting & Insights Design and maintain dashboards and reports using native ERP reporting features.

Support data transformation and visualisation to inform operational and strategic decisions. Security & Compliance Implement and enforce security policies that protect sensitive business data.
