- Primarily responsible for receipt and dispatch of gifts and materials.
- Conduct monthly inventory stocktakes to ensure 100% accuracy between physical goods and system data.
- Cooperate with the sales team on ad-hoc assignments, including customer delivery arrangements.
- Basic understanding of logistics workflows, familiar with inbound, outbound and inventory management.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, able to ensure data accuracy and complete daily work efficiently.
- Responsible and proactive in communication, able to cooperate with sales and local teams to finish daily tasks.
