Job Description
Job Title: Export Coordinator
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Cambridge (onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating international export shipments (air, road, and/or sea)
- Preparing and managing export documentation (invoices, airway bills, customs declarations, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with all export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Liaising with freight forwarders, airlines, and internal teams to execute shipments efficiently
- Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintaining accurate export/shipment records and updating internal systems
- Providing timely communication and pre-alerts to customers and stakeholders
- Supporting cost tracking and contribute to efficient, compliant logistics operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in export / import, supply chain or a related field
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical / life sciences logistics
- Ideally have experience in Dangerous Goods
