Are you looking to build your career in customs, logistics, and supply chain operations? Do you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to ensure products reach customers on time?

We're looking for a Customs & Supply Chain Specialist to join our UK Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in customs, logistics, or supply chain operations who wants to broaden their expertise across both customs compliance and supply planning.

In this varied role, you'll play an important part in managing imports into the UK, supporting product availability, and helping improve the processes that keep our supply chain running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Customs & Import Operations
  • Coordinate customs-related activities for imports into the UK from the EU.
  • Work closely with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure import documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Support customs declarations, clearance activities, and record-keeping requirements.
  • Help identify and resolve import and customs-related issues in a timely manner.
Supply Chain Planning & Product Availability
  • Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities.
  • Track product availability and help ensure customers receive products when needed.
  • Work with manufacturing sites and regional supply teams to coordinate supply requirements.
  • Support reporting and performance monitoring through key supply chain metrics.
Data, Finance & Process Support
  • Assist with customs-related financial controls, including duty and broker invoice reconciliation.
  • Maintain product master data and support product lifecycle administration.
  • Contribute to accurate reporting and effective process execution across the supply chain.
Continuous Improvement
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customs and supply chain processes.
  • Support projects, process documentation, and training activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across supply chain, customer service, finance, and sales teams.
Who we’re looking for

You don't need to have done everything before. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.

You’ll likely bring:
  • Some experience in customs, logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related area.
  • An interest in international trade, import/export processes, or supply chain planning.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with data and solving operational challenges.
  • The ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
It would be great if you also have
  • A qualification in International Trade, Customs, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar business systems.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, or demand planning processes.
  • Experience working with import/export documentation.
