Homes for Students in Cambridge is hiring a Maintenance Operative to perform planned and reactive maintenance at Stellaris property. The role is 34 hours per week with fixed schedule Mon 9:00-17:30 and Tue-Fri 9:00-16:00, ensuring high standards of accommodation and compliance.
You will work autonomously, liaising with suppliers and contractors, prioritising tasks and delivering prompt, quality service to residents while maintaining safety and best practices.
