Take the Next Step in Your Supervisory Career

We are currently recruiting for four experienced Cleaning Supervisors to join a busy warehouse operation, with opportunities available across both day and night shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity for confident, hands-on supervisors who enjoy leading teams, maintaining high operational standards and making sure cleaning and waste management activities are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently.

With a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern and the opportunity to move from temporary to permanent employment, this role offers stability, responsibility and the chance to become an important part of a well-established operation.

Whether you have a strong background in cleaning, facilities management, warehouse operations or another fast-paced operational environment, we want to hear from supervisors who can lead from the front and take pride in delivering excellent standards.

The Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of cleaning and waste teams within a large warehouse environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, organised and compliant, while supporting your team to meet operational targets and standards.

This is a hands-on supervisory position, so you will be expected to lead by example, support your team on the floor and step in where required to ensure work is completed to the required standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and supporting cleaning and waste management teams throughout your shift.
Allocating daily tasks and ensuring workloads are completed efficiently and on time.
Monitoring cleaning standards and carrying out regular quality checks.
Ensuring all team members follow company procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
Maintaining strong COSHH compliance and ensuring chemicals are stored, handled and used correctly.
Managing cleaning equipment and reporting any faults, damage or maintenance requirements.
Ensuring machinery and equipment are used safely and appropriately.
Monitoring waste management activities and ensuring waste is handled and disposed of correctly.
Supporting the induction, training and development of team members.
Managing attendance, performance and day-to-day team issues professionally.
Maintaining accurate records, checklists and shift reports.
Communicating effectively with management and other departments.
Identifying areas for improvement and taking action to maintain high operational standards.
Ensuring a safe, clean and productive working environment is maintained at all times.

Most importantly, you will be a hands-on, reliable and proactive leader who is confident communicating with people at all levels.
