Soup Assistant Brand Manager, Warehouse Operative Days – Hain Daniels

Hain Daniels who make sweet spreads and jellies including Hartley’s jams and jellies, Gale’s honey, Rose’s and Robertson’s marmalades in the Histon factory, are looking for several roles including these.

Soup – Assistant Brand Manager to assist in driving profitable growth of the branded Soup portfolio – New Covent Garden, Yorkshire Provender and Cully & Sully. For New Covent Garden and Yorkshire Provender, the candidate will have responsibility for the marketing mix, NPD pipeline and brand P&L; they will also be pivotal in supporting the strategic development of the brands. On Cully & Sully the candidate will work closely with the Hain Ireland team and drive the brand forward commercially in the UK market.

This role will include chairing and participating in internal meetings, customer meetings and engaging with external agencies.

Warehouse Operative Days to work at the Histon Site working double days on 6am to 1.48pm/1.42pm to 9.30pm shift rotation. Grade 3 Warehouse operators can be allocated to an area where the business risk in responsibility is supported by an area line manager, trainer and auditing feedback. This is determined by the senior operations manager and is typically but not exclusively packing operations.
