Programme Manager - Custom Programmes

Hours - Full time 40 hrs pw
Our client, a leading provider of executive education, is seeking a Programme Manager to join their Custom Programmes team. This team delivers high-impact learning experiences to senior executives from local, national, and global organisations, blending digital and in-person programmes.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a six-month probationary period. Some programme schedules will be outside standard working hours, including weekends, but flexible working arrangements are offered to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Project Management
- Take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery, including planning, risk management, milestone tracking, and on-site or digital execution.
- Manage logistics such as travel, accommodation, catering, AV, and virtual learning environments.
- Coordinate with faculty, external speakers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of teaching materials.
- Lead live online sessions using Zoom, Teams, or studio setups.
- Facilitate team discussions to manage tasks, dependencies, and ensure smooth programme execution.
- Build strong relationships with clients, participants, internal teams, and faculty to ensure exceptional service.
- Identify suitable venues and service providers to meet programme requirements.
- Manage client expectations with professionalism, diplomacy, and a customer-focused approach.
- Keep participants informed and supported throughout their programme journey.
- Chair rehearsals and debrief meetings, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate programme records in line with company policy and data protection standards.
- Graduate-level education or equivalent experience.
- Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience in event management or educational programme delivery is highly advantageous.
- Proficient with modern office and learning technologies.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work outside standard hours when required.
