Bridgegate Security is seeking a dedicated Area Manager to oversee operations across Cambridge, Milton Keynes, and Peterborough

• Recruit, manage, and support our skilled SIA Door Supervisors
  , maintaining safety and professionalism across nightlife venues in your area.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive growth and business development
  , identifying new opportunities across the region.
• Manage payroll and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently (full training provided).
• Lead from the front – motivating, guiding, and supporting teams on-site.

• Holder of a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence with your own transport.
• A confident communicator
  , both written and verbal.
• A proven leader with experience in security management (or a related field).
• Highly organised, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service
  .

Salary: £31,200 per annum
