Mechanical Project Manager

Our client is a leading provider of Mechanical and Electrical Installation and Maintenance services. Due to continue growth, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their dynamic delivery team

Projects typically range in value from £100k to £10m, spanning and diverse portfolio including commercial, education, data centres and industrial developments throughout East Anglia.

The Role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

• Managingprojectsfrompre-constructionthroughtofinalhandover
• Coordinatingsiteteams,subcontractors,and suppliers
• Overseeingprogramme,cost control,and procurement
• Ensuringcompliancewithhealth&safetyandtechnicalstandards
• Actingasthemainpointofcontactforclientsandstakeholders

About You

• Provenexperienceasa Mechanical Project Managerwithin M&E
• Strongtechnicalknowledgeofmechanicalsystems
• Experiencedeliveringprojectsuptomulti-million-poundvalues
• Excellent communication,leadership,andorganisationalskills
• Abletomanagemultipleprojectsinafast-paced environment
