Operating in one of the UK’s most competitive developmentmarkets, this consultancy advises on strategic residential projects alongsidescience park expansion, innovation-led mixed-use schemes and complex employmentdevelopment. The Associate Director will play a key role in strengtheningmarket presence, expanding client relationships and developing ahigh-performing team.

The Role

This is a senior appointment requiring technical credibility, commercial leadership and strong client influence.

Responsibilities include:

• Leadingcomplex residential and mixed-use planning strategies
• Actingas senior advisor to key developer, investor and landowner clients
• Drivingbusiness development and winning new instructions
• Managing and mentoring a growing team of planners
• Supporting recruitment and long-term team growth strategy
• Financialoversight of projects, ensuring profitability and resource efficiency
• Leading Local Plan promotion strategies and examination work
• Managingappeal submissions and inquiry preparation
• Supporting Directors with strategic market positioning across Cambridge
