Major contractor looking for a Senior Bid Manager to lead complex regional bids across education, healthcare, defence and major public sector projects.

This isn’t just colouring in submission documents and praying for the best.

They want someone who can:

• shape strategy

• pull together technical teams

• challenge weak answers

• manage deadlines properly

• and keep bids moving without everything descending into a group panic three days before submission

Projects range from regional work through to major schemes approaching £250m.

You’ll need proper construction bid experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders who all think their section is the most important part of the tender.

(Usually after ignoring your emails for two weeks.)
