Location: Pampisford
MISTRAS Group in Cambridge is seeking an Operations Director to lead UK operations, drive safety, quality and profitable service delivery across multiple sites. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, chair management meetings and collaborate closely with the Technical Director to embed engineering integrity and best practices.
You will shape resource planning, budgets and KPIs, mentor leaders, champion a culture of safety and customer focus, and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
