• Lead the day-to-day operation of a residential care service, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.
• Maintain full CQC compliance and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
• Inspire, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive and supportive working environment.
• Drive occupancy, financial performance and effective budget management.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, governance, audits and risk management.
• Ensure safe staffing, effective recruitment, retention and colleague development.
• Champion dignity, independence and compassionate care throughout the service.

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an elderly residential or nursing care setting.
• Registered with CQC or eligible to register.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
• Proven leadership, people management and operational experience.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
