Your new company

You will be joining an established Building Services contractor with a strong background in mechanical and maintenance works. Due to continued workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager to join their team.

Your new role

As Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and maintenance projects from initial planning through to completion. You will manage multiple projects and workloads, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, liaise directly with clients, monitor programmes and budgets, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a strong mechanical or building services background, alongside previous experience in a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or similar role. Experience working within maintenance is essential, with domestic plumbing experience highly desirable. You should also be confident managing engineers, subcontractors, clients and multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll get in returnou will receive a salary in the region of 50,000 - 55,000, depending on experience, alongside the opportunity to join an established contractor in a varied Project / Contracts Management position.
