Senior Production Technician

Overview

A Senior Production Technician with a background involving the assembly and manufacture of electro‑mechanical components and systems will join an award‑winning Technology Company. The successful Senior Production Technician will bring a range of knowledge and experience across electronic manufacturing and electronic/mechanical systems.

In this challenging and diverse role the Senior Production Technician will play a crucial role in the manufacturing, assembly and test processes, ensuring the efficient production of mission‑critical opto‑electromechanical devices.

• An Engineering qualification (minimum of HNC/HND).
• Familiarity across electronic, electrical and mechanical engineering principles with ability to read schematic designs.
• Proven experience of electro‑mechanical assembly techniques.
• Good soldering and wiring skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, fault‑finding and debugging skills.
• Previous experience of working in a Senior Technician / Production Engineer role.

Applicants for this Senior Production Technician role should have full eligibility to work in the UK, possess 5+ years Production Engineering experience and hold an HNC/HND or degree in an Engineering discipline.
