Picking Operative

Location: Cambridgeshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based outside of Newmarket, who are seeking reliable and hardworking Pickers to join their busy team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manually sorting and picking materials from a conveyor belt.

· Maintaining a clean and safe working area.

· Following health and safety procedures at all times.

· Assisting with general yard duties as and when required.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in production environment is a plus.

· Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

· Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.

· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

· Punctual, reliable, and a good team player.

Benefits, pay and working hours:

· Starting rate of £12.50 per hour.

· 45 hours paid per week, 11am-7:30pm

· Temporary to permanent opportunity.

· Ongoing training and development.
