Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation and extraction following SGS-approved SOPs.
• Report any equipment or instrumentation failures to senior staff.
• Maintain organized, auditable laboratory records.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently to support operational output.
• Maintain a safe working environment, following Health & Safety protocols.

• Ideal candidate has a background in food processing such as fast food or food manufacturing; no previous lab experience or degree required.
• Experience in working with food and fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Good organizational skills to maintain records and compliance.
• Proactive approach to learning and development.
