Responsibilities
- Perform sample preparation and extraction following SGS-approved SOPs.
- Report any equipment or instrumentation failures to senior staff.
- Maintain organized, auditable laboratory records.
- Complete daily tasks efficiently to support operational output.
- Maintain a safe working environment, following Health & Safety protocols.
- Ideal candidate has a background in food processing such as fast food or food manufacturing; no previous lab experience or degree required.
- Experience in working with food and fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Good organizational skills to maintain records and compliance.
- Proactive approach to learning and development.
- Performance related bonus (discretionary and subject to eligibility criteria)
