Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a leading sustainable technology manufacturing business specialising in paper‑based packaging solutions.

Our fantastic client is committed to innovation and produces 100% recyclable packaging materials, supporting a more environmentally friendly future.

Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00

• Operating production machinery within a manufacturing environment
• Supporting the production of paper‑based packaging products
• Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Competitive hourly rate of £15.00
• Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends
• Day shift only (08:00-16:00)
