Assembler Cambridge £13.21 per hour

As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

• Cutting, bonding and shaping composite materials with precision
• Measuring and working accurately with centimetres and millimetres
• Using hand tools including scissors and scalpel blades
• Lifting and manoeuvring heavy boards into the press area and ovens
• Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets
• Following established processes to ensure consistently high-quality output

As an Assembler, your experience will include:

• A practical, hands-on background in any relevant trade or production environment
• Confidence measuring and working to precise tolerances
• Experience working with wood, composites or similar materials is an advantage
• A background as a carpenter or bench joiner is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
• A willingness to support the team with overtime when required
