CNC Miller / Turner / Setter / Operator (Precision Manufacturing)

Cambridge. Up to £20 per hour plus overtime, training, progression, company bonus, pension, Christmas shutdown and health insurance.

We are a long‑standing manufacturing company providing scientific and healthcare products, such as laboratory machines and microscope components. This role offers a chance to grow within a company focused on employee development and increasing turnover each year.

• Interpret technical drawings.
• Set up and operate CNC machinery.
• Use offline CAD/CAM software to develop tool paths.
• Follow processes from start to finish, ensuring quality compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machine settings.

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, 8 am‑4:30 pm with flexible start times. Overtime up to 5‑6 hours each week is available, with 1‑2 hours of mandatory overtime possible per day.

• Experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
• High attention to detail.
