Factory Operative – Full Training Provided
Location:
Royston
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00
No Previous Factory Experience? No Problem – Full Training Provided!
We are looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic people to join our client's production team in Royston.
This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for candidates who are looking to start a career in manufacturing or production.

What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out general factory and production duties.
Learning to operate machinery and equipment safely – full training provided.
Assembling, packing and preparing products for dispatch.
Carrying out basic quality checks.
Following simple production instructions.
Working towards daily production targets.
Keeping your work area clean and organised.
Following health and safety procedures.
Supporting your colleagues as part of the wider production team.
What We're Looking For
Experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
We're looking for people who are:

Hardworking and willing to learn.
Positive and enthusiastic.
Comfortable working in a busy environment.
Able to follow instructions.
Keen to develop new skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Committed to doing a good job.
Previous factory, warehouse, manufacturing or production experience is welcome but not required.
Own Transport Essential
The site is in a remote location with no suitable public transport links.
Applicants must have their own reliable transport and be able to travel to the Royston site for the full working hours.
What's On Offer?
£13.00–£14.00 per hour
