Manufacturing Technician (MT1) to play a key role in the day-to-day running of our production lines, goods-in operations, and dispatch areas. You'll act as the first point of contact for operators on shift, helping to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and performance standards across multiple operational areas.
You'll be responsible for coordinating labour, leading changeovers, troubleshooting minor issues, monitoring performance, and coaching team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Working closely with the MT2 team, you'll help deliver operational excellence while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
