Production Operative

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Linton. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

• 4-day on out of 6 (Monday to Saturday), Sunday off.

• 13.10 GBP hourly.

• Own transport is essential due to the site's location (postcode: CB21 4JD
  ) as there is no public transport available.
• Ability to process and pack products to required orders, including mixing, blending, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products, including pork.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Support daily production activities to meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Follow site procedures to maintain operational performance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets.
