Are you creative and motivated to start a career in digital marketing? Artisan Electrics is a growing electrical contracting business known for technical excellence and a strong digital presence, including a You Tube channel with over 250,000 subscribers. The team prides itself on professionalism, clear communication, and delivering the right solution for every customer. Alongside this, Artisan Electrics creates engaging and informative digital content that showcases real projects, technical expertise, and team culture.

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll support social media, content creation, and digital campaigns while learning on the job within a friendly, supportive team. You'll receive structured apprenticeship training every 4-6 weeks, helping you build practical skills, confidence, and experience in digital marketing. In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
Attend photoshoots and video shoots to capture behind-the-scenes and promotional content on set. Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and You Tube. Plan and manage social media content calendars and posting schedules. Monitor and analyse performance using social media analytics tools such as You Tube Studio, Instagram Insights, Facebook and Tik Tok Analytics.

Update the company website using Word Press, including uploading customer testimonials and on-site teaching content. Assist with creating, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns. Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics. Design digital and offline marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Edit photo and video content using tools such as Final Cut Pro. Assist with offline marketing projects including business cards, flyers, billboard adverts, football club sponsorship materials and branded van signage.

Support general marketing administration and assist the wider marketing team where required. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Head-strong with a positive, resilient attitude and the ability to work under pressure. Highly creative with a strong interest in digital content creation. Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with clients, colleagues and sponsors.

Proactive with strong initiative and the drive to complete tasks and projects to a high standard. Organised with good time-management and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Willing and able to travel for work, including overnight stays. Holds a valid passport and is open to international travel. Must be 18 due to travel requirements and hotel stays.

Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English Salary, Hours&Benefits: £15,000-£17,000 per annum. 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. 33 days including bank holidays. Travelling to events, working with high end clients. Small supportive team. The opportunity to manage your own projects and take ownership. Smart casual dress code. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification. Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you'll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
