Work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, efficient care and positive patient outcomes.

Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, you'll combine strong clinical skills with excellent communication and organisational abilities, ensuring patients feel informed, reassured, and supported throughout their surgical journey.
We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, confident in clinical decision-making, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. You'll have a good understanding of pre-operative assessment, patient safety, clinical escalation, and post-operative care, alongside a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, governance, and patient-centred care. Above all, you'll embody Welbeck's values…
