About the Opportunity

Roles involve working across established gardens and landscaped grounds, helping to maintain them to the highest standards for the benefit of residents, visitors and staff. These environments may include historic grounds, landscaped lawns, planted borders, sports areas, and residential properties.

Typical Responsibilities May Include:

* Lawn care including mowing, edging, feeding and turf maintenance

* Planting, pruning and maintaining shrubs, herbaceous borders and trees

* Seasonal planting and garden improvements

* Leaf clearance and general grounds upkeep

* Hedge cutting and topiary maintenance

* Operating and maintaining horticultural machinery safely

* Supporting the presentation of grounds for events where required

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous professional gardening or grounds maintenance experience

* Good plant knowledge and seasonal awareness

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* A proactive and reliable approach

* PA1/PA6 and horticultural qualifications (desirable but not essential)

* Full UK driving licence (desirable for some roles)
