Melbourn, near Royston (SG8)

Late shift, 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday

Polytec are looking for a QC Technician to complete a specific project for our client based in Melbourn, near Royston. The role involves ensuring that components for a medical device product meet strict quality and regulatory standards.
While having your own transport would be beneficial, the location is also accessible by train.
Responsibilities:- Inspection of small plastic components using a microscope
- Accurately recording pass / fail, maintaining quality records
- Experience in materials inspection
- Handling of small plastic components
- Attention to detail, good dexterity and familiarity with quality requirements
- Experience using a microscope for inspection of components
- Capable of maintaining quality standards whilst completing repetitive tasks
