Working Pattern:
Night Shift - 9.30pm - 6am Monday to Friday

Role:

Ensure compliance with all technical and hygiene requirements.
Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
Manage and develop the hygiene team effectively.
Oversee the site's relationship with chemical suppliers.
Host and lead hygiene audits and visits.
Manage hygiene budgets.
Take ownership of non-conformances and proactively resolve potential issues.
Support food safety and quality management systems through HACCP participation, audits, and maintaining "audit-ready" status.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar hygiene management role.
Strong understanding of BRC standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
