What You'll Do:

As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting analytical chemistry operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing practical LCMS support to enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with Chemistry and Biology teams to drive research initiatives.
• Ensuring the effective operation of four LCMS instruments, requiring your expert handling.
• Communicating with instrument and service providers, including consumables procurement.
• Engaging with the Operations Group to optimize project portfolios.

Key Deliverables:

• Efficiently manage and operate LCMS instruments.
• Deliver timely and accurate analytical results to support research projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Strong background in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LCMS instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
• Familiarity with project management in a laboratory context.
