Overview

12.45 per hour / 0 hour contract. Permanent position at Hotel du Vin Cambridge.

Get paid for doing what you love, with a range of perks and benefits. This role is the face of the restaurant, helping control the flow and communicating with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

• Be the front-facing representative of the restaurant and help manage guest flow.
• Communicate with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Support a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week, with evenings and weekends busier periods.
• Assist with career training and development through nationally recognized apprenticeships and brand training.

• Passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills; prior experience is not strictly required.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts and days; interview discussions will cover contracted hours and patterns.
