Job Description

This is a full time (40hrs per week), permanent role and candidates would need to be happy to work flexibly, with split shifts, evenings, and alternate weekend shifts.

This is a varied role, and the ideal candidate will be able to deliver a variety of cooking styles – from high-volume cafeteria-style service to fine dining for staff, visitors, and stakeholders; covering events such as weddings and conferences.

Candidates would need to have the following skills and experience:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (minimum)
• Knowledge of food law and allergen information
• A passion for food and cookery
