Salary £24,863 per annum, plus opportunity to earn up to £2,000 discretionary bonus each year. Contractual hours 37.5 per week. Full–time.

As a Store Colleague you will be the face of our business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer. You will understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience. No prior pawnbroking experience is required; a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity and willingness to learn are essential.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – additional languages are highly valued but not required.

• Competitive start rate of £12.75 per hour (£24,863 per annum), increasing to £13.44 after completion of full training.
