This is a frontline role in a high-pressure environment where you will stay sharp, fast, and focused during peak times.

• Sunday 16:00 – 20:00
• Monday 18:30 – 22:30
• Tuesday 18:30 – 22:30
• Wednesday 18:30 – 22:30

This job role involves working late nights and is not open to applicants under the age of 18 in line with health and safety legislation.

Please note that a premium of £3.00 per hour applies to hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.

• Represent the M&S brand as a frontline teammate, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and actively sell new food products.
• Assist customers with product selection and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks App and in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
• Be flexible to work across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, focussing on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
