Deputy Manager

It’s an exciting time for the brand and we’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team in Leamington Spa Retail Park.

As a Deputy Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver a customer‑obsessed atmosphere, drive store performance, and support the Territory Leader and Visual Coach in identifying opportunities to impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales.

• Previous large store management experience
• Track record of effectively leading and managing a team
• Identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer
• History of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives
• Commercial acumen
• Good understanding of P and L and compliance reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
