Designer & Showroom Assistant

Naked Kitchens is a family-run business that designs, makes and installs beautiful, bespoke cabinetry that doesn't cost the earth. Every piece is designed and built by us in Norfolk - kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, boot rooms and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Naked team in our brand-new Cambridge showroom on Regent Street. We're looking for an organised and creative individual to guide clients through the creation of their dream interiors and play a key role in the success of the showroom.

• Help in maintaining the showroom to high standards, ensuring all displays are up-to-date and appealing to visitors.
• Welcome clients to the showroom, meet with them to understand their needs and gather relevant information.
• Assist in the design of bespoke kitchens and other rooms, considering both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
• Assist in project management duties as needed, including coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance design skills and knowledge.

• Some experience in, or a genuine passion for, kitchen and interior design
• Strong communication and people skills - you'll be the first face many clients meet
• Exceptional attention to detail and a creative eye
• The ability to listen well and translate what clients want into what we design
• A keen interest in interiors and an eye on the latest trends

• Full-time, permanent - 40 hours per week over 5 days, including some Saturdays (our showroom is open Monday-Saturday)
• In-person role at our Cambridge showroom
• Salary depending on experience
