Sales Development Executive

My client, a fantastic technology company based in Cambridge, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their Account-Based Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers across safety-critical sectors and play a key role in the success of an innovative product — within a supportive, hybrid working environment.

Key duties will include:

* Developing tailored outreach campaigns via email, Linked In, phone and events

* Researching target organisations to understand their goals and challenges

* Building strong relationships by identifying customer needs and pain points

* Qualifying prospects and arranging meetings and demos for Account Managers

* Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

* Assisting with marketing campaigns, webinars and industry events

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous sales experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A structured and organised approach to managing workload

* Confidence engaging with senior-level stakeholders

* Strong motivation, resilience and a target-driven mindset
