Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Cottenham. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and nurturing client relationships across multiple industries, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include liaising with customers to understand their needs, delivering tailored solutions, managing sales pipelines, and conducting market analysis to identify trends and strategies. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide feedback for product improvement and innovation.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of data center hardware, IT infrastructure, or related technologies
  • Proficiency in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the data center, IT, or technology industry is advantageous
