Internal Sales Required!

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a accurate, commercially minded individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely quotations.

Package:

• Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Company pension scheme
• Opportunity to join company health scheme
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Salary 26,000 - 29,000 (DOE)

Internal Sales
- Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders
• Following up quotes to secure potential sales
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate quotation information
• Sending product samples and information to customers
• Supporting the sales team during busy periods
• Building knowledge of the company's product range

Internal Sales
- Requirements:

• Previous experience in a internal sales or estimating role
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive approach to customer service and sales opportunities
• Experience with in construction, trade, hardware or building products is advantageous
