Remuneration: £50,000 + 5-10% bonus
Benefits: £6,600 annual car allowance or company car & full benefits
The role of the Business Development Representative Wood Products will involve:
Field based area position promoting a high quality range of engineered wood products
This role is a temporary position for 6-12 months
All of your time will be focused on managing one of our clients largest spending national builder merchants accounts (Travis Perkins)
Inheriting circa 130 branches to maintain
Support with new product launches and development
Directly involved with pricing implementation
Liaise with internal customer service, marketing, supply team and transport teams
Manage vendor performance
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Representative Wood Products with:
Must have a field based experience in the building trade
Ideally in an area sales or business development role currently
Would consider a merchandiser
Ideally experience dealing with national merchants and managing accounts
Ideally sold timber / wood products however not essential
