Sales Administrator

Location: Great Shelford

BTL-UK LTD is a UK manufacturer and international distributor of Bearings, Power Transmission and Motion Transfer Linkages. We produce items for some of the worlds well-known brands such as JCB, New Holland Tractors, Volvo and John Deere, under our licenced brand name of DUNLOP. Do you have experience within a sales role? Due to continued expansion, we have exciting sales/administrational opportunities within our sales team. Joining our friendly team in Ashford, Kent you will be telephoning existing customers, following up on quotations and general enquiries, processing sales orders from our very busy online web shop and driving to grow our current market share.

To be considered for this position you will need to have the following skills:
Excellent communication skills are essential in both written and verbal Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team An organised approach and excellent time management Computer literacy, word and excel etc A good level of English spelling and grammar

Experience with in a sales role Accuracy and attention to detail

Experience with in the engineering/manufacturing industry within this type of role would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. The successful applicant would be joining a very friendly team working 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 28 days annual leave entitlement per annum including all bank holidays. Company Contributory Pension scheme. Pay is negotiable depending upon experience.
