· Field based position, targeting the residential and commercial sectors.
· Production, submission and tracking of project specific technical specifications.
· Build relationships with Main Contractors within the construction industry sector.
· Provide technical expertise to interested parties, within targeted projects.
· Confidence to focus on building and safeguarding specifications.
· Identify new market opportunities and feedback intelligence to the business.
· Update CRM daily with project tracking information and customer information.
· Ensure formulation and delivery of CPD presentations. About You
· Strong proven technical specification sales experience within the Construction Materials supply sector
· Strong proven background within specfication sales within the construction sector
· Confidence of passive fire protections systems would be a distinct advantage.
· IT competence with CAD skills would be desirable.
· Experience of delivering CPD's would be a distinct advantage
