Earnings Potential This is a self-employed, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. For the right adviser, there is a realistic opportunity to build towards:
· Year 1: £75,000 earnings potential
· Year 2 onwards: £150,000 earnings potential for strong performers Who we are looking for. You will be CeMAP qualified or equivalent, commercially ambitious, and confident converting and managing a consistent flow of client opportunities. You should be comfortable managing clients from initial enquiry through to recommendation, application, and completion, while maintaining high standards of advice and customer outcomes. This is not a traditional self-employed brokerage model where you are expected to find all of your own business.
