Heating Engineer

Overview

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They have a vacancy for a qualified renewables engineer to cover the Cambridgeshire area, carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs on renewable heating systems in domestic social housing properties.

• Maintenance and Repair of Renewable Central Heating Systems
• Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records

• 2 years' experience as a qualified renewables engineer
• Experience carrying out fault finding and repairs of Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal
• ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1 (Desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)

• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Overtime paid at hourly rate
• Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided
• Salary: £41,500 - £43,000 per annum
