Up to £55,000 PAYE van, tools & fuel card Job Type: Full-time, permanent Overview We are recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a well-established business delivering commercial and high-end residential projects across the South East. This is a long-term role for a senior installer who can work independently, represent the company professionally on site, and deliver high-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities Installation of air conditioning systems (splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF) Commercial and high-end residential projects Working independently and as part of a team Client-facing work on site Occasional attendance at a Dartford-based office Requirements Minimum 7-10 years experience in air conditioning (installation-focused) Strong UK installation experience F-Gas certified Full UK driving license Professional, presentable, and reliable Happy covering Kent, Essex & East London Whats on Offer Up to £55,000 PAYE Company van, tools & fuel card Monday Friday working week Stable, long-term role with consistent workload
