About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee the installation of uPVC windows and doors across multiple residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and in line with company and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and safe working practices. Oversee installation teams, subcontractors, and labourers. Coordinate deliveries of materials and ensure correct stock levels on site. Carry out quality inspections on all uPVC window and door installations. Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards. Liaise with clients, project managers, and office staff to resolve any issues. Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and schedules.

Promote and enforce health & safety policies at all times. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the uPVC window and door industry. Excellent knowledge of installation procedures and technical requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Full UK driving licence. CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS qualification preferred. Benefits:
