Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, are recruiting for this role based at their head office on the Vision Park.
HB+ Employment Advisor to support individuals on the HB+ project into appropriate training, education, volunteering, work experience, self-employment, or employment to enable them to sustain their accommodation. Support conversion of guidance into progressive action such as assisting with CV building, interview preparation and with applying for jobs. This will include supporting participants when their motivation levels drop. Signpost them to appropriate services e.g. CGL, Resettlement Services, Mental Health Services, CPSL Mind, Floating Support, Citizens Advice etc.
16 hours per week Part time Permanent. Apply by midnight on Sunday 23 November 2025
