Hexcel is currently seeking a Developer (Full Stack, Cloud, AI & Platform Delivery) for our Duxford, UK location.

We are seeking a highly hands‑on Developer to design, build, and deliver modern enterprise applications across the full software lifecycle. This is an end‑to‑end ownership role, responsible not only for development but also for build, deployment, release, and production support. You will work across the full stack while embedding AI‑driven capabilities, including prompt‑engineered and data‑grounded (RAG‑based) solutions, into business applications. Over time, you will contribute to platform design, architectural direction, and engineering standards, with a clear path toward technical leadership.

• Strong hands‑on experience with: C# / .NET, React, Bicep (Infrastructure as Code), CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops / Git Hub Actions), Git Hub workflows, Containerisation (Docker), Prompt engineering for LLM‑based solutions (structured prompting, chaining, and output validation)
• Experience building or integrating Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines (e.g. embeddings, vector search, data grounding)
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions into production
• Experience building APIs and microservices
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, Cloud & Platform Engineering, AI & Modern Development
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical thinking
• Proactive, self‑driven learner
