We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our dedicated Jurassic World Evolution team and help shape one of Frontier’s most recognizable management simulation franchises. This opportunity is available on a full in-studio basis or via a flexible hybrid model (requiring a minimum of three days per week in the studio). To ensure a smooth transition, Frontier provides a comprehensive relocation support package for candidates who need to relocate to the UK.

As a Senior Producer on our Jurassic World Evolution team, you will coordinate major areas of development and deliver compelling, high-quality experiences for players worldwide. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across design, art, animation, code, audio, QA, and publishing, playing a key leadership role in driving features, content, and system improvements from initial concept through to final release.

• Coordinating development across significant, core areas of the project.
• Supporting cross-discipline teams in delivering exciting features and high-grade content.
• Utilizing JIRA and other project planning tools to organize, schedule, and meticulously monitor ongoing progress.
• Creating and refining workflows and pipelines that help developers work efficiently and sustainably.
• Maintaining trust, transparency, and clear communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Identifying project risks and blockers proactively while formulating solutions to emerging issues.
• Leading daily sprint planning, stand-ups, and milestone reviews.

To thrive in this senior production role, candidates must demonstrate solid organizational mastery and production leadership:

• Proven professional experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles under your belt.
• Solid, practical understanding of Agile development practices and frameworks.
• Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and effectively across all organizational levels.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to facilitate seamless cross-discipline teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills paired with a sharp, detail-oriented approach to project management.

• Extensive professional experience utilizing JIRA or similar production tracking and task-management tools.
